Welcome to Sindhu Travels. By accessing our website or using our taxi and tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

Sindhu Travels offers the following services:

• Drop taxi services (local and outstation)
• Airport transfers
• City tours and sightseeing
• Tour packages across Tamil Nadu
• Corporate travel solutions
• Wedding and event transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 How to Book

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website
• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from Sindhu Travels via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fare Calculation

• Fares are based on distance, duration, and vehicle type
• Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes are additional
• Night charges (11 PM - 5 AM) may apply
• Waiting charges apply after the free waiting period

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer/NEFT
• Credit/Debit Cards

4.3 Advance Payment

For outstation and tour packages, advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Local Rides

• Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before pickup time
• Cancellations within 30 minutes: 50% of estimated fare
• No-show: Full fare charged

5.2 Outstation and Tour Packages

• Cancellation 72+ hours before: 100% refund of advance
• Cancellation 48-72 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours: No refund

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not carry prohibited items (illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials)
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations
• Not smoke or consume alcohol inside the vehicle
• Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during your trip

7. Company Rights and Responsibilities

Sindhu Travels commits to:

• Provide clean, well-maintained vehicles
• Employ professional, licensed drivers
• Ensure timely service
• Maintain customer privacy and data security

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to customers who violate these terms
• Terminate service for inappropriate behavior
• Modify pricing and service offerings with notice

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Limited Liability

Sindhu Travels is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
• Indirect or consequential damages

8.2 Insurance

All our vehicles are insured as per legal requirements. However, customers are advised to maintain their own travel and health insurance.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Sindhu Travels and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Legal proceedings in Chennai jurisdiction, if necessary

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
