Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur zero cancellation fee. If a vehicle has already been dispatched to your pickup location, a nominal dispatch fee may apply.
For outstation, wedding, or multi-day temple tour reservations, cancellations requested 24 hours prior to the reporting time are eligible for a full refund of any advance deposits paid.
